Atlantis, The Palm Bartender Development Program
Alembic designed and executed a tailor-made, comprehensive 40-hour bartender development program that included a theoretical exam, spirits and wine blind tastings, and concluded with classic and creative cocktails challenges. The modules covered customer service, bartending skills and detailed training in 13 major drinks categories (vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whiskies, cognac, absinthe, pastis, wine, champagne, liqueurs, sake), from the history and production process, and a “how-to” appreciate each category, through to cocktails. Upon completion of the modules bartenders were issued an Alembic Bartender Certificate.
